For a unique gastronomic experience, our guests can enjoy dining at our restaurant, Yacht Club. Inspired by the culinary heritage of Paleros and the region's healthy local diet, Yacht Club combines organic vegetables from our farm, locally sourced ingredients, and products from nearby farms into mouthwatering seasonal dishes. We have selected PDO products from small-scale local producers who contribute to the community, and by honoring our heritage, we have created an authentic culinary experience. Almost all ingredients are sourced from within a 100 km radius.

Inspired by our love for nature, Greek cuisine, and pure ingredients, we created a 40-acre farm in Paleros, where we grow a variety of vegetables and aromatic herbs that supply our Amethyst Selene suites and restaurant. We also raise free-range chickens, providing fresh eggs used in our breakfast offerings at Amethyst. Guests can enjoy a rich breakfast delivered directly to their suite, featuring local products and healthy flavors. All products are fresh, handmade, and sourced from our farm or selected local producers, creating an authentic Greek gastronomic experience.

A short stroll will lead you to Roubi’s Corner where the bar is open and available to Amethyst Selene guests for serving drinks and snacks throughout the day. The pool area and sun loungers are also available for your use.
